    OOCCL Tour of Homes

We are pleased to announce and offer our congratulations to the Winebergs at 1306 Montreal for being nominated and invited to join this year’s Old Oak Cliff Conservation League Tour of Homes. Not only is this a great testament to a lovingly restored home, but it will help to get Hampton Hills back on the map of hot places to live in Oak Cliff – and hopefully improve property values to boot. Be sure to tell all of your friends – Cliff dwellers and North Dallasites alike.

    Surveys Complete

A big ‘Thank You’ to all those that assisted in conducting surveys of all the homes within the proposed NSO area; it was a daunting task, but now it is done. Results will be submitted to the City of Dallas next week and we will await validation and approval. Once that has been received, we will need to have a public hearing and then the petition drive can commence.
